Start small ~ it's ok.
Baby steps. We have given such advice to many in our lives. We have heard such advice from many. We know the advice is strong, solid and works.
How come most of us don't follow this advice?
Be good to yourself. Take one step at a time. Measure every success -- even the smallest ones!
Like building a brick wall, build intentionally and deliberately one brick at a time.
It is a common thing for people to begin to lean in the direction of progress, only to stop and take score too soon. And when they still find unwanted habits, symptoms or conditions, they then offer resistant thought and lose the improved ground they have gained. With consistent baby steps backed by passionate desire, unwanted habits, symptoms or conditions can subside, returning you to your natural state of Well-Being!
