Yet, WHY do I hear so many conflicting voices, ideas, urges, desires, and MORE, in my 1 BRAIN?!
Our inner dialogue can drive us nuts.
And yet, in the next moment, it can also lift us up and empower us!
Did you know that our inner dialogue -- the self-talk you 'hear' -- is also a habit and this habit CAN be changed?
A habit, remember, is the regular tendency, pattern, of an action.
Habits are CREATED, even INVOLUNTARILY.
The creation occurs when a regularity, a consistency of the initial action, is acted out. Usually over a period of 20 to 30 days.
Even a THOUGHT is an ACTION.
Many of our habits can drive us batty!
